Charlie is our fairy godmother, she just makes things happen. With a ‘can-do’ attitude and razor-sharp organisational skills, she keeps the studio running smoothly, making life easier for everyone.

With 10+ years’ experience in administration, management, and PA functions, she works closely with the directors, handling travel, diaries, contacts, and financial matters with precision. She thrives on organising, events, meetings, and networking, always one step ahead of what’s needed before anyone even asks.

She swears her capability comes from a healthy mind and body, and outside the office, you’ll find her walking, running, boxing, hitting spin classes, reading avidly, and cooking (and eating!).

We just think she’s a bundle of joy and love having her at the centre of all we do.
