OVERVIEW

A new lower-ground facility, introducing activity-based working to a highly cellular workforce.

Dechert was expanding and the business needed more partner spaces. One existing floor provided an opportunity to trial a new way of working in the lower ground areas to combine work and play. The biggest challenge for this new space was that it did not have windows or access to natural light.

This lively, colourful and collaborative space borrows light from the central atrium to flood open plan workspaces and go to collaborative areas for those on the floors above to use.

A new tone of voice has been established for Dechert and driven through in its operations and aesthetics.
