The White Collar Factory
We were invited to review the proposed scheme design and propose how a tenant would use the building. Taking 100,000 sq ft, we created 4 different tenant design scenarios. They included concepts for Traders/Stock, Legal Practice, Corporate office and a Creative Agency.
Charlotte Street
We were appointed to undertake an occupier’s appraisal to involve a technical review of the base building and Cat A so as to highlight the critical occupier issues and allow appropriate design modification before tender. The building is conceived as a highly sustainable refurbishment and part new build.
Stephen Street
Phase 1 of the office extension and refurbishment delivered 18,300 sq ft of offices in summer 2014 (34% pre-let). The retail units on Tottenham Court Road, known as Tottenham Court Walk, were refurbished and extended to create a new and improved double-height frontage for the existing colonnade. This retail project commenced in March 2014 and completed in Q2 2015. It increased the retail space by 67% to 40,000 sq ft and provided modern units directly onto this busy and vibrant shopping street.
