With 25+ years in the industry, Racheal doesn’t just lead, she drives change for good. As Founder & Executive Director of Generation Edge, she’s built a business that fuses brand, strategy, and architecture to create spaces that work, and a reputation for making it happen.
Before Generation Edge, Racheal spent seven years at an international architectural practice, rising to board level. She has served as a Board Member of the British Council for Offices, shaping workspace design and strategy (though her waitressing and chef days make her a dab hand at hospitality too!).
She thrives on blending business, conceptual, operational, and delivery expertise to ensure projects are visionary yet commercially sound. With a no-nonsense approach, sharp insights, and a smile along the way, Racheal makes sure design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about impact.
