Bringing together workspace, hospitality, wellness, training and events, the challenge was to create an environment that could move at the pace of the business while still feeling intuitive, structured and strongly connected to brand and experience.

The project also achieved ambitious sustainability and performance targets, including net carbon zero, BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum.

We brought clarity, familiarity and adaptability to the experience through a modular plug-and-play system that allows teams to reconfigure settings as needs evolve. Work floors support agile team configurations, the events floor acts as a showcase for new technology with collaboration spaces and a terrace overlooking London, while the people floor brings together hospitality, wellness areas, a 250-seat restaurant, café and training suites.

Environmental graphics and wayfinding complete the experience, creating clear navigation and a consistent sense of place throughout.

The result is a workplace designed for change - flexible, intuitive and future-ready.

OVERVIEW

Brand-led, modular and built to flex.

Since 2016, we have worked with Snap Inc. across a range of workplace environments, helping to shape a more connected, flexible and recognisable experience across their portfolio.

Between 2019 and 2023, we defined a new way of working for their EMEA HQ. Starting with 50% of the final space requirements, this project was based on the ability to deal with change and transition. We welcomed the opportunity to shape their new home. The Bloom Building became that home, with our role spanning workplace strategy, test fits, Cat A amendments, Cat B fit-out, brand, graphics, wayfinding and soft styling across 120,000 sq ft and six floors - creating a workplace blueprint for Snap globally.

This project started pre-Covid and was shaped during a period where teams were only digitally connected. With an unclear plan we defined the unclear by creating a strategy built around change, creativity and collaboration.
