As a Co-Working and Managed Workspace provider, Work.Life was struggling to find its voice is a sea of larger, commercial operators.
Following an immersion process where Generation Edge interviewed the company founders, current space users, plus an in-depth competitor analysis, we identified that no other service provider focused on the positive improvements of being a member, primarily employee happiness.
Armed with this USP we redefined the brand positioning and personality which culminated in the creation of a positing statement - 'Turn the Sunday blues into the Monday woohoos’
